Rod Larsen, CMPS

Rod Larsen has worked in the mortgage industry since 1992. His expertise, which includes extensive program and product knowledge, has been the cornerstone of his 30-year mortgage lending career. Rod specializes in conforming, government, and jumbo loan products, along with new-construction financing. He takes pride in treating his clients’ financial needs and goals as his top priority, while working together to structure the perfect home loan program. Rod enjoys working one-on-one with each client to help them attain the dream of homeownership.

 

Rod currently serves on the board of directors for the Nebraska Mortgage Association and served as President of the association in 2022. He was the recipient of the Nebraska Mortgage Association’s Lender of the Year Award in 2019 and has qualified for the association’s Champions Circle many times since becoming a member. He has been recognized as a Top 1% originator in the country over the past 15 years by Scotsman Guide.

 

Rod was born and raised on a farm just west of Decatur, Nebraska, where he learned a strong work ethic and the core values which he still carries with him today. Rod attended Morningside University in Sioux City, IA, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He also participated on the Morningside University baseball team during his college career. Rod currently lives in Elkhorn and enjoys playing golf, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Rod’s top priority is his family which includes wife, Stefanie; three children, Eryn, Camryn and Ryan; and son-in-law, Daniel.
